ISO 9001:2015 Certified

It is now official!

We are proud to announce that in May 2018 Software Point was granted ISO 9001:2015 certificate by Bureau Veritas. For Software Point this is one tool for developing our operations, which has always been an important part of our business. Our certified management system is a guarantee of regularly audited business processes that we are constantly monitoring and improving.

Our motivation to apply for ISO9001 certification was to standardize processes, give guidance and continuously improve our products and services, tells Marjut Pokkinen, the Managing Director at Software Point.

ISO 9001:2015 standard´s benefits include enhanced customer satisfaction, standardized processes, improved quality of products and services, and a culture of continuous improvement.
