The Venue & Accommodation

Our unique venue, Skogshem & Wijk, is located on the beautiful Lidingö island in Stockholm, just 40 minutes by taxi from Arlanda airport and 20 minutes from Stockholm City. Please see the venue website for more information: https://skogshem-wijk.com/

Accommodation
If you wish to stay overnight in Skogshem & Wijk or even arrive the evening before, you can make a reservation for a special price of 1 925 SEK in a single room (incl. breakfast excl. VAT), which is paid in the hotel reception by checking out. Please note that only a pre-ordered light meal for 195 SEK is available at Skogshem & Wijk on the evening of September 12.

Event fee

You can join the event for one or two days for the following prices:

  • 150 € for one day
  • 200 € for both days
  • The Get-together dinner is included in the fee
  • All prices exclude VAT

Registration

The number of participants and hotel rooms is limited. At the moment the event is fully booked. 

Reservations with hotel accommodation after June 21, are by request.
