We are delighted to invite you to our Customer Training and Education Conference: CTEC 2024 – September 15–18, 2024, in Malmö, Sweden (Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live). 

What makes this user meeting special is that Software Point is arranging the event together with LabVantage Europe, and it will be a historical gathering of a record number of LabVantage users at the same time in the same place. From our Nordic perspective this user meeting will offer You and your colleagues a unique opportunity to meet other users from all over Europe.

To whom the event is for

The CTEC conference offers educational content that is targeted to various perspectives of using or managing LabVantage LIMS/ELN/Biobank solution: it gathers together LabVantage users, administrators, IT administrators and management from various organizations.

Schedule and the venue

This year’s event will be held in Malmö, Sweden at the stunning Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live. The hotel is the latest addition to the Malmö skyline offering beautiful views of the city and Öresund strait all the way to the Danish coast. Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live is as well within walking distance from shopping areas, restaurants and the beautiful old town.

Transportation from the Copenhagen Airport Kastrup (CPH) to the Clarion Hotel Live is fast and easy. The train takes you from the Airport to the city centre of Malmö in 17 minutes.

The event starts on Sunday evening, September 15th with a Welcome Reception at 18:30. Here you will have the opportunity to network while enjoying some drinks and snacks. We suggest arriving at the Copenhagen airport by 16:30 at latest to register and settle into the hotel before joining the evening’s get-together.

On Monday, September 16th the conference day will start at 9:00 and in the evening there will be a social event which will contain a dinner, some entertainment and especially: a chance to more networking with other LabVantage and Software Point customers and staff. 

The conference continues Tuesday morning 9:00 o’clock. For those who register only for the conference, the program ends with interactive exhibition on Tuesday, September 17th around 16:00 o’clock.

For those attending the training day, classes begin Wednesday at 8:00. The training will continue all day until 17:00.
