LIMS User Meetings 2016

What a great way to listen to customers!

In the end of April we arranged LIMS User Meetings in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Espoo. Over 100 customers from 57 companies joined the four-day LIMS tour. A team of Software Point LIMS experts travelled to all locations during that week. It was a pleasure meeting so many of our customers using our LIMS and biobanking solutions LabVantage LIMS, LabVantage Biobanking, LabVantage Express, WiLabLIMS and LabMaster. A warm thank you for all participants!

The results of our feedback survey tell, that the information shared in the meetings was of real value. It wasn´t only information about new features in the latest versions that was found important, but also getting ideas on how to better utilize LIMS by adding existing functionalities, which just hadn´t been taken into usage yet. For example, the introduction to trending and SPC capabilities by our product development, was found very interesting.

As a special treat to our customers we invited a well-known LIMS Consultant Siri Segalstad to give a lecture on "How does LIMS help laboratories to fulfill ISO 17025:2005?  Siri told the audiences in Norway and Finland about ISO 17025:2005 requirements, how to comply with the requirements and how LIMS can help in this. Next meeting in March 2017

Meeting face to face, and taking time for discussions makes this kind of intensive information and knowledge sharing possible. That´s why we already started planning for the next user meetings. We are happy to announce the 6th Nordic LIMS Conference and User Meetings to take place in Helsinki, March 22-23, 2017. Save-the-date in your calendar!
