Software Point announces a partnership agreement with OptoFidelity to resell QualityViewer Medical macro imaging system. With the addition of seamlessly integrated macro imaging system, Software Point enhances LABVANTAGE Medical Suite’s already powerful features for Digital Pathology.

Software Point is introducing customers to another option for enhancing the efficiency of pathology laboratories. With the QualityViewer Medical macro imaging system integration, LABVANTAGE Medical Suite, Software Point’s laboratory information system (LIMS) for laboratory medicine, enables real-time attachment of macro images to the LIMS with on-screen annotations at the grossing workstation. Through the tight integration, digital imaging of samples becomes a seamless part of the pathology workflow managed by LABVANTAGE Medical Suite, saving time, increasing productivity and also improving patient safety.
